Yoga Instructors

ANGELA MONIQUE THOMAS

Angela has been climbing since 2005 and found the breath/body movement linkage to be foundational to her outdoor and indoor climbing experiences. It wasn’t until 2020 that Angela’s yoga experiences went from retreats to a full- time journey via YouTube’s “Yoga with Adriene” during COVID lockdown; it was a great time to become immersed in yoga and its many benefits.

Angela is a certified yoga teacher with an adventurous, playful spirit who enjoys showing people what they’re capable of. The power of the breath (pranayama) and linking breath to an individual’s body movement (asanas) are areas she likes to focus on. She believes that any “body” can do yoga and will offer modifications to postures in order to create a safe and fun experience.

Jill Nebeker

Jill has been a student of yoga for twenty years -- yes, she's probably older than you :-) -- and she completed Scott Anderson's Alignment Yoga program in Madison, WI in 2012. Power, balance and movement in sport originates in the hips so that's where her practice starts but not where it ends. In her classes, you'll be guided through meditation, pre-yoga stretching, and vinyasa flows, with an emphasis on body alignment that allows strength over the range of motion. Jill loves the space that a group of yoga practitioners can create together and looks forward to moving with you

Tiffany Hippe

Tiffany is passionate about making yoga safe and accessible to all bodies. Her own practice began at the age of 15 while in search of healing for her body, and stayed when discovering the benefits yoga provided her mental health. Tiffany completed her 200 hour training in Mexico City in 2018 and began teaching right away. She has since completed her 85 hour prenatal yoga training and 300 hour trauma informed yoga training.

In her free time, Tiffany is exploring with her pup and husband. They camp, hike, garden, go to music and travel.

Caroline johnson

Caroline has been a practitioner of yoga for 10 years and found her love for Hatha in her hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. Her primary focus is consciousness of one's extension/alignment by teaching students to become aware of how their body is aligned through all stages of flow while connecting with breath and awareness of the mind. When she isn't teaching, she's sitting by the Boise river or working on projects in her stained glass studio.

Emma scott singletary

Emma Scott completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2018 in North Carolina while she was in college. As a group exercise instructor with Elon University, she used her training to teach vinyasa, all-levels flow, sculpt and yin classes, in addition to pilates, cycle, and barre classes.

She is passionate about creating welcoming and inclusive classes for all students. Emma Scott began her yoga practice 10 years ago in combination with physical therapy to heal from a severe back injury. She found that mindfulness, breathwork, and movement are wonderful skills to practice in her daily life!

She enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and being on or near water any free moment she has. Emma Scott can't wait to welcome you to one of her classes and form a beautiful community of mindful movement!

lorraine draper

Lorraine is a versatile and passionate yoga instructor with a deep-rooted commitment to holistic wellness. With extensive experience spanning nearly all styles of yoga, from Vinyasa to Yin and Power, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the mat. Lorraine has her 200-, 300-, and 500-hour yoga licenses. She enjoys getting to know each student and what they need/want to work on. Come join her on the mat for a personalized flow!

CAITLYN MANLONGAT

Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, Caitlyn eventually planted in Las Vegas where she graduated UNLV with a Bachelor's of Science in Comprehensive Kinesiology. Upon her plans of becoming a physical therapist, she realized that her true passion lies within yoga. She intuitively booked her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Padangbai, Bali under Atman Yoga School in 2019, which only reaffirmed her intention and belief to teach yoga and help others benefit from the balance, wisdom, and transformation she discovered through her practice.

Caitlyn enjoys helping others move their bodies in a way that feels good in hopes to cultivate a deeper connection with their bodies and in turn, themselves. Her classes tend to feature a lot of creative sequencing to help you delve deeper into the present moment and get out of autopilot, while also challenging you and providing you with an invigorating practice. She enjoys incorporating optional arm balances and inversions for students to explore after safely preparing the body and providing awareness towards specific muscle groups. When she is not teaching yoga, she is playing with her dog, exploring, biking, and connecting in nature — hiking, backpacking, camping, rock climbing, you name it!
