From Sanskrit, Vinyasa means “to place in a special way” and aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow. This class is a physical vinyasa flow practice that promotes linking the breath and body alignment to keep your mind in the present moment. Fun music and movement combinations will leave you feeling energized and light. Suitable for all levels of experience; posture modification suggestions will be provided.
